At Charleston Chair, "we put our money where our mouth is".  We're confident about our furniture and even more confident that you will love it.  We don't just make claims, we make bold claims and then back them up with the industries best warranty.  When you purchase an Adirondack Chair from us, you can rest assured that we will be there if you need us.  To start with, all Charleston Chairs come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you aren't satisfied with with our products, simply return them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery - no hassle, no questions (customer is responsible for only the return freight charge).  If you have a problem after your purchase, then you're in good hands.  We provide a limited lifetime warranty on all of our Adirondack chairs and Adirondack furniture. 

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All furniture purchased through either Charleston Chair or an authorized retailer is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.  All Adirondack Chairs are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects related to workmanship for the life of the product.  Defects refer to anything that restricts your use of the product.  The warranty coverage for material defects is dependent upon the wood used.  Please refer to the specific wood species below:
 

Pine Adirondack Chair Warranty

Pine products are warranted against defects in materials for a period of 10 years from the delivery date.  This warranty does not apply to non-structural surface cracks or to variations in wood color or texture attributed to weathering.  These are to be expected in any wood product.

Ipe Adirondack Chair Warranty
Ipe products are warranted against defects in materials for a period of 25 years from the delivery date.  This warranty does not apply to non-structural surface cracks or to variations in wood color or texture attributed to weathering.  These are to be expected in any wood product.  This warranty covers insect infestation and wood rot for the full 25 year period.
 

Charleston Chair reserves the right to send replacement parts at our discretion for any component deemed defective under this warranty.  If it isn't possible to repair the defective product, then a replacement product will be provided (as long as the original style of product is still being manufactured).
